in the dark of the ocean, i escape from it all.
i stare into forever, i stare into the never.
i dream, drift away. i need to get away.
i'm lying on the floor. i'm always wanting more.

what happened to me? 
i'm drifting out to sea.
i'm feeling strange today,
so i'm going far away.

in the dark, i can see all the things i need to be.
things from Heaven, Heaven sent. a helping hand to lend.
i stare into forever, i stare into the never.
i sleep in peace. i dream in peace.
